RememME.com is an online community for people passionate about writing. Here they can freely express and share their knowledge, thoughts and experiences of life in the form of a scoop.

Top 3 Knocked scoops from each category are promoted to the front page of the portal and in our Monthly RememME D-Mag for the millions of our people to see.

How do I report a bug or a problem?

If you come across a bug or any other problem on the site, please mail us at support@RememME.com . RememME’s support team will make sure that your concerns are responded quickly.

How can I change my password?

Go to Profile/Update Profile /Change Password and you can easily get your password change.

I forgot my username or password? How can i retrieve it?

Go to Jump In / Forgot your Username or password? , submit your e-mail address and we will send you the instructions how to retrieve your password.

Submission

How do I submit my scoop at RememME?

Go to Home/Submit scoop tab. Write your scoop in the given template and hit the submit button. Where can i view my scoop after submission?

Your scoop will be updated in respective Category in New Arrivals tab.

Can i submit a copied content?

No, Submission of copied content may be subject to copyright issue. You may be prosecuted for fraud for violating copyright law.

Is it OK to submit a duplicate?

Users spend a valuable time and energy discovering the best scoops on RememME. Submitting duplicate scoop is definitely not fair. However, if we find that users are consistently submitting duplicates their accounts may be banned.

I want to submit my scoop, but there is no Category for it. Can I submit it?

We have a category- My Life, in which you can submit a scoop related to your life & personal experiences. It takes care of everything which does not fall under any other category.

Can I submit porn or pornography?

Any porn submissions will result in an immediate ban and/or account deletion.

How can I delete a scoop I submitted?

Once a scoop has been submitted to RememME, it is dedicated to the public domain. Therefore you can’t delete it. However we do reserve the right to remove content that is determined to be in violation of our Terms & Conditions at any time and at our discretion.

How can I edit a scoop I submitted?

Please contact support@RememME.com to edit a scoop. Include the RememME URL of the scoop you want to edit as well as the updated title, category, or description. You must be the original submitter of the scoop to request an edit to a scoop.

Campaign

What do I mean by Campaign?

We at RememME are inspired by democracy. Likewise, without campaign Democracy is half-done. Thus we provide you the liberty to campaign and promote your scoop. Through campaign you can brand yourself and promote your scoop to top 3 in the respective category and hence in our RememME D-MAG.

To whom and how can i campaign?

You can campaign for your scoop to all your friends seeking their knocks through our campaign tab in Profile/Submitted.

Knocks

I Knocked a scoop, can i change my decision now?

No, We provide you the democratic platform to promote a scoop. Once knocked, you can’t change your decision. It is just your knock that helps a scoop to make it to top 21 and hence to our RememME D-Mag. So make sure that you evaluate a scoop before you knock it.

What is the time frame of knocking for a month?

Knocking follows month- month rule.

Comments

Someone’s being rude to me in comments, what do I do?

If someone is being rude, contact us @ support@RememME.com and we’ll look into the situation.

How can I report an offensive comment?

Click “Report it” to let us know about the comment and User and we’ll have a look.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes, shopping at RememME.com is 100% safe. Credit card/Internet Banking payments are processed through the CCAvenue® payment gateway. CCAvenue® is one of the biggest and most trusted Payment gateways in India.

CCAvenue® uses industry-standard Verisign’s 128 bit SSL (Standard Sockets Layer) Technology, which is used worldwide, for data encryption. CCAvenue® also follows strict in-house security guidelines for ensuring confidentiality of your customer information.

Does RememME.com store my credit card information?

RememME.com does not collect or store your credit card/bank account information at all. CCAvenue authorizes the transaction directly without any information passing through us.

How can I pay for my order?

To make sure you have no fuss in getting a RememME D-Mag, we have provided you with a variety of methods of payment as below.

Orders by cheque will be dispatched after encashment of cheque. You will have to courier the cheque to our address mentioned in contact us.

Do you accept international credit cards on RememME?

Our overseas customers and Non Resident Indians can use their International credit cards to make payments for their orders. We accept all credit cards.

How do I place my order online?

When and how can I cancel an order?

Before purchasing products, services from RememME carefully review your order details. RememME prohibits cancellations (by buyer), exchanges or refunds after a product, services has been purchased.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Domestic orders are delivered within 1 Week from the date of purchase.

International orders are delivered within 2 Weeks from the date of purchase.

Delivery time will be between 10am and 6pm on working days. Deliveries in late evenings / weekends / holidays are not possible. If you are not available during delivery time, make sure that someone in the dispatch address collects the order on your behalf.

Also note that this doesn't apply to bulk.
